Yet, the tree Whiz is under is not correct....well, not complete.

Whiz is from the Don Coryell tree.

Don Coryell ---> Joe Gibbs ---> Marty ---> Cowher ----> Whiz

Ya this tree isnt that accurate. Dungy and Billick were both from the Walsh tree technically, both under Green at one point. But I think you can probably tie all of them to Walsh/Parcells right now which is pretty crazy.

Dungy's first job was in Pittsburgh under Chuck Noll, so he'd be under the Noll branch of the Sid Gillman tree, or maybe the Shula tree since Noll coached under him as well. Whiz is actually from the Shula tree as well, Schottenhiemer was a coach under Bill Arnsparger in NY, whose first job was with Shula in Baltimore.

Graves is Whiz's supervisor andgeneral Manager of the team, Just like Denny firing a coach that couldn't be fired, Graves has major shortcomings compared to say Polian as a GM.

If Graves was a stonger leader/ supervisor their would be no need for outside help. but this is a mess and I think Whiz is over his head with the new contract. evidenced by>>>>>>>>>>
