Cool thanks abomb. This team seems very focused and the scars from that Washington game last year still seem very fresh. Edge and Hightower are going to have to come up huge for us in the next few weeks.

Thanks for the post! KW is such a class act. I'm O.D.'ing on Koolaid, but with the Dolts playing poorly, the Pats Bradyless, and the Chargers looking pedestrian..... we can go deep into the playoffs this year if we keep playing at this level.

I am really liking Coach Whiz a lot.

The coolest thing about the presser is that the very first thing he did was praise the fans.

He seems very smart and methodical. Serious and down to business. No ego or superlatives.

Hey Capital, you going to the game on Sunday?

Nah, can't make it this year. We've got family and friends coming in from out of town. Thankfully, they are all Redskin fans, so I'm REALLY hoping for a big win this weekend.

BTW, my wife and her family are all from Homestead, FL, so they are all BIG dolphin fans. After the Fitz shake and bake play, her family all left to go home.

Hope y'all represent this weekend.

Go Cards!!!

My favorite was his comment on the opening kickoff.

I like the tone Whiz set and subtle messages he sent to the team.

Rackers has this year to get it together IMO. His strength/asset to the team is his KO's. Rackers starts becoming inconsistent with this and his Rasputin like ways will end.

The defense did a nice job of running the scheme and what we expected from them, that is no big plays allowed. We had our hands on the ball a couple of times and it would have been nice to get the TO's. In other words decent game guys but not what we will need in future games.

Very business like and matter of fact about the win. No celebrating, time to get back to work.

I believe Whiz's message has been heard by the team and they won't fall into a comfort level etc.

I agree with his strengths being KO's, but I don't think he has all year to get it together. I think he has as long as it takes for him lose a game for us.
