Fangio is not going anywhere but Wade Phillips would be a great addition.

I wouldn’t mind Marvin Lewis at all. Defense was never the problem in Cincy. They were always at the top.

but good lord we need someone who is going to be aggressive and stay with a 3-4 we don’t need to switch again

NFL or College.

Jimmy Lake from the Washington Huskies would be my favorite. Was a former DB coach who consistently sent DBs to the NFL & has manned the DC spot the past couple of years with great results. He knows how to adapt & is great at stopping the pass.
Wow.Just got named new Wash. HC...

Unlikely that Lake would leave a situation that will continue to raise his stock to work for a dummy like Keim. Fangio and Phillips are fantasy land.
It will be a retread or desperate position coach who’s looking for an opportunity. It won’t be anyone with options as long as Keim is here.

And like that Jimmy Lake is now the Head Coach of the Huskies.

The DC won't matter if the roster doesn't dramatically improve.

This defensive roster is the most devoid of talent that I have seen in years. I'm not sure anyone would want to coach this current group of misfits.

I'll take anyone who has been in the NFL long enough where they can start making draft selections and protect Keim from Keim.

Jerry Gray, the DB coach of the Vikings would be worth a look.

Kris Richard as well though Cowboys may just promote him instead.

Adam Zimmer...son of Mike and current Vikings LB coach.

Gray and Zimmer are 4-3 guys -- yes?

Kris Richard is a Pete Carrol protégé, might be available when Garret is canned -- although Jerry might go with HC Lincoln Riley for the offensive staff with the defensive staff retained

I wanted Marvin Lewis last year and would advocate for that happening this year as well.

I would also want to see what coaches are fired on Black Monday. Their staffs may be interesting. I saw Kris Richard above. I like him a lot.

Maybe even the HC of Atlanta.

Dont think it will be Rex Ryan since he badmouthed our coach and team for hiring KK and running this type of offense. Wade phillips isnt leaving, also, i think he runs a 4-3 and Im not switching again.

Why not bring Ray Horton back
