Who impressed me the most?

Branch.
I haven't been as hard on him as most on here, but just didn't think he is worth a 1st round pick. The way he caught Eli on the first sack was very impressive.

I voted for Rolle. I was impressed with his big plays, solid tackling, gutty performance and, geez, that arm. Wow.

DRC would probably get my #2 star, though. Two huge plays on the ball - just a shame that one turned into a fluke score for the Giants.

Agreed. He shut down Steve Smith completely. It wasn't until after DRC came out of the game that Smith got a catch.

DRC played to his potential last night. He was on those receivers like velcro all night and made little mistakes. The deflection to Nicks was a great play because it was at his apex and he was able to get a hand on the ball, it just took a member's bounce towards a Giant's receiver.

But overall, this game would not have gone the way it did without all of the aforementioned doing what they did

DRC

That was old school Man to Man coverage last night. DRC played like an old school "shut down" corner.

I would have voted for Billy Davis as his defensive scheme was awesome last night.

It's not who, but what impressed me the most about this win. In the 4th quarter when DRC was out and Wilson was hurting, our substitute players came in and we didn't miss a step. The depth on this team is better than a lot of people on here give them credit for. If this defense keeps playing complete games like it has the past two and our game plans are as good as they've been the past two games, there is no limit to what we can accomplish. We can play with any team in the NFL.

It's a tough choice but I had to go with DRC. Not only did I love the game he played but there was a look in his eyes and it was there even after he was limping around on the sidelines. Call it women's intuition, but I have always taken special note of players (in any sport) who "have it".

Danica Patrick has "it". Don Drysdale had "it".

It's also seen in guys who become snipers. DRC is becoming a sniper.

For me, it was all of the players playing as a team. They took care of eachother. In their hearts they seemed to believe: "We Do This Together". I thought the offense could have won the game, but didn't. Instead the Defense came back out and said "Yes you did". Matt Ware causing a fumble after giving up a big run... are you kidding me?!?

I agree with this. Not just the 4th quarter either. Normally, a bad bounce like that DRC deflection and they would have lost their edge and folded up. Instead, they kept at it, got it to 14-10 by half time and went from there. That was also some impressive mental toughness that we didn't always see in the past.

They ALL impressed and I loved it. The D were brutal and played A+++.
I said Beanie only because I saw flashes of what this kid is going to be like. And if our running game gets good, we are unstoppable.

The Card defense played out of its mind last night. Excellent job.

I voted other because I liked Bill Davis defensive game plan that put all of these guys in the right place to make the proper play. I think that is the biggest reason that they made it look like a team effort. it was because they were in places to be of help to each other.

I have to go with AW. He was all over the place and gave Eli fits trying to figure out what was going on. A-dub should be the defensive palyer of the week.

Hard to single out any 1 player...so many guys played well, especially on the defensive side of the ball.

Voted for Rolle but its a tough call as so many on the defense played a great game.

Same with me. I could have easily picked several others.

Rolle and Wilson were messing with Eli's mind, caused 2 delay of game penalties. Rolle blitzed well and make some great tackles. He impressed me with his arm and even though he under threw it that was a great decision instead of overthrowing Fitz.

What sealed it for me was that Rolle sealed the game with that fantastic interception at the end of the game.

Let's not kid ourselves.

There was one player on the Cardinals team that the Giants had to adjust for time and time again - Wilson was by far the best player on the field yesterday.

I picked DRC, But it was a the team that impressed me the most. The Whiz, and the rest of the coaching staff deserve game balls. If they keep playing like this and DRC doesn't miss much time maybe we get this year what we didn't last year!

I picked Beanie for #1. DRC for #2.

Bill Davis gets credit for not backing off at the end of the game. No prevent defense. Gotta love the way we attacked the QB the entire game.
