Vegas, baby, yeah!
Right now, the Saints are playing the best in the NFC. Record and play performance shows it.

AFC - Colts.

The Arizona Cardinals are the defending NFC Champions. That makes us the best team in the NFC. That doesn't change until we are dethroned. Who's playing well right now doesn't matter. Last year at this time, the Giants looked unbeatable. Talk to me in January.

Na i'm not a troll honestly been having an argument with a friend of mine who is a cardinals fan and he is telling me how garbage the saints are and that the cardinals are a hundred times better... now i do believe right now the saints are the better team the cardinals are a good team are are slowly looking to get back in the swing of things and both teams have a realitively easy schedule remaing so its very possible we meet in the playoffs perhaps say the nfc championship game in the dome of course;)

Besides the one game the saints have with the Pats and the 2 games with the falcons I don't see any other game that will even challenge them.I wonder if that will be enough for them to stay sharp?

The falcons have been exposed already to be less than they were last season.Like PA CARDS fan says, the team that will be the CARDINALS in 10 weeks is gonna be one hell of a better team than the one that is playing right now.We have quite a few games to challenge us also.

I watched almost every play of the saints/phins game and wondered how your team could stink it up so bad in one half and then for the phins to stink it up even more in the second half. That was one crazy game and I really did'nt like the officiating in that game either this weekend.I know Ted Ginn Jr. Dropped everything thrown to him while he was wide open and deep in the phins game.It was embarrassing. That game could have gone either way.

Do the saints expect to get back any linebacker help? I sure can't believe Shanley who was drafted as an afterthought by the lambs and never did anything for them is now starting LB for the saints. Was'nt he like a 5th or 6th round pick?

I've got a great Brees/Bush/Colston Upper Deck Exquisite 07 trio auto #17/20 up for sale on ebay.Along with 25 other very rare cards at this time.

our two outside linebackers are our weakest point hinestle although they do hold up the have been able to bend and not break this season, and actually in the fins game we had our second stringer in there replacing scott fujita sine he was out for the game so we were a little weaker this week against the fins yes that was a game that could of gone either way i will agree but in the beging you could tell this would be one of those weird games when the ref went to do a replay and the replay booth was having techinical difficulties so they couldnt review the play hahahaha

The Eagles offense looked like crap tonight, IMO. That game should have been out of hand in the first quarter, but the offense -- outside of a couple of big plays -- couldn't do anything. I think The Cards take them to school if we played them right now.

1. Saints
2. Vikes
...(quite a drop here)
3. Cards

Saints are averaging nearly 40 points a game and they are playing decent defense (11th in total yards per game). Saints are the best team in the NFL.

The Eagles lost to OAKLAND, they don't belong in anyones top 5 until they prove that was a fluke.

The Giants are better than the Cowboys too, they beat them in Dallas. Saints are the best team in the NFL not just the NFC and Brees is the best QB period.

I think the colts are better than the saints due to the speedy defense and two major rush defensive ends and super fast LB's that are the weakspot for the saints and the DB's for the colts with Sanders are really good.

I think they have the same run game but I think Peyton can outduel Brees in an off site. They'll never play at each others places this year. Its miami or nothing.

Peyton has a horrible playoff record and would definately have to play the pats before moving on to the SB as right now the saints would have to beat the vikings. That is if it was today.I just can't justify the Bronco's yet.

We got 11 weeks before any wildcard games are played.Anything can happen between now and then. And will.

Let me see here, after some serious scientific and statistical study I have concluded.

Cardinal fan on a Cardinal website...

The cowboys victories have come against teams with a combined win percentage of around 25%

Similarly, the Giants have beaten teams with a win % of about .264 now that Washington lost last night.

For what it's worth, the Saints haver beaten teams with a combined .487, and the Cardinals have beaten teams at a combined .538. But the Saints have won two more games than the Cardinals. They are the last undefeated team in the NFC - what more could you ask them to do but win all their games?

We're only 7 weeks in. I'm fine giving them the nod for the moment. Long season to go, and then of course, if you make the playoffs, you start again at 0-0.

Given your screen name, I think you'll like my answer: the Saints

even when they are off, they score 40+

and their defense is fearsome now, to match the high-octane offense. A very dangerous team that's fun to watch but a terror to play

Once the saints play the patriots this year I can judge where they are really at.They have'nt played another very good passing team yet.Really they have'nt played a good pass rush team yet either. They must have the easiest schedule in the league this year. The giants game at home was the big one besides the upcoming Pats game.I don't think the falcons will give them any real trouble.Except division teams always play each other closer due to so much more personal knowledge of each other.

The Giants ARE a good team. I think they're right there in the second tier of teams (along with the Cardinals).
