Zach Mettenberger

He was the third highest rated passer in the country averaging a whopping 10.4 Yards per attempt and most importantly doing it against SEC defenses.

Due to the injury we may be able to grab him in rd2 and sit him for a year or two behind Palmer while he heals and learns from Tom Moore

Because unless palmer has a Neil Lomax type injury there's no scenario that would make the Cards HAVE to take a QB in the first round this year?

There is no clear cut guy in this draft at QB.

I just can't get enough of watching Manziel play. I understand his size & injury risk is an issue, but this kid is special. Reminds me of Fran Tarkenton. Love watching this kid play. I'd draft him in a heartbeat.

I just love his attitude on the field! I love his leadership skills. I think he's ultra competitive, with great vision & an underrated arm. I'd rather see him with a Cardinal on his helmet dodging our opponents than the reverse. His teammates will run through a brick wall for him.
