I voted King to jump start this O.

Also McCown may be more effective coming in off the sidelines if King and the O faulters at this point.

I think McCown will start, but I don't think he will finsh. That being said I am sick of Josh.

For what it's worth, Josh is playing a lot better in his first and second year than Terry Bradshaw:
------TDS INTS
1970 pit 6 24 | 32 233 1 |
| 1971 pit 13 22 | 53 247 5 |

I compare these two because the Steelers used to be like the Cardinals.

A better poll is who should start at QB for the Dolphins.

I'm not saying it's permanent - just for the next game. Who do you think could jump start this O better for the upcoming game?

How 'bout McCown starts against the Dolphins, then King against the Giants. That way we can all throw King under the bus after the Cards get crushed.

:biglaugh: Ya - even though I voted King I'm not a real big fan myself.

It seams to be moving more to King every week. Next week we may be at 50/50.

I was thinking that last night, He would have Fitz as primary reciever. Then he could even throw bombs to himself. Scramble way better then Josh. Better passer than Josh. He is Q.

McCown one more time.

If he doesn't get 'r dun in the first half (and maybe the first QUARTER), then bring King in right away.

Looks like we can make a projection here - yes red votes win - McCown starts 30-19 with some abstentions (not on record here). Good job those who participated in the process.

Pick your poison really. McCown hasn't been performing and we really have no idea if King will be any better.

If McCown doesn't get it done, I'm pretty sure we will see King get some game time.

If King comes in after a few quarters he'll probably look great and everyone will be calling for him to start. I think he's one of the best backups in the league. I don't think he's a great starter though. From what I saw watching him play everysingle week in Tampa Bay (the only team I got to watch on a regular basis when I lived in Florida) he's not consistant enough to be a full time starter. I've been backing Josh but I'm having doubts about him too now. He has everything but the confidance. If Josh gets benched for good and King starts I'd like to see Navarre promoted to 2nd string and play a few series a game.
