Hmm, trading 27 to Dallas for Lamb would be tempting. Take MHJ at 4 and trade 27 for Lamb, spend the majority of the rest of our picks on D, and let the offense carry this team to the playoffs? I could live with this plan.with this as context
Cowboys have a contract mess with Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, Micah Parsons
When its time to pay great young players, Jerry Jones loves to drag his feet.www.nbcsports.com
do you trade #27 to Dallas for Ceedee Lamb?
(which gives you the "freedom" at #4 to take the Vikes multi first round offer and take a pass rusher at #11)

The positional value is a separate argument. And injury isn’t indicative of talent, which is what the discussion was focused on. And it’s translated talent. This isn’t a case where a talented player never produced (see Rondale Moore), this is a case whenever he’s healthy he’s produced.Except you can't "sans injury".
And a RB just doesn't do enough to warrant that high of a pick.
Except he was considered a dual threat back. Averaging 101 combined yards per game is pretty good. He’s been ok I don’t think averaging 70 yards a game is living up to the hype he had coming out of college.
