Who is getting FIRED?

Who is staying around for next season?

I think McGinnis and many other coaches on this team will be fired.

Depending on the CB in the draft and FA. I don't think we sign Barrett if he is asking too much.

Why? Why sign him and not use the money to get to prime CB's.

Heck why not sign him AND get some prime FA CB's.

Who is fired on the OL? DL? LB? SS? WR? TE? QB? CB?

There should be a lot of players leaving and should be replaced with better FA's.

Peace

PS - Kick the poop out of the Bears!!!!!!

I don't think there will be many players let go until the new coach has a chance to evaluate them. Lets face it, we can argue about the talent on the team, either good or bad, but until we get a good talent evaluator and teacher in here nobody really knows what we have. I still have a hard time believing that the OL can't be a bit more consistent and dominate considering the high draft choices on it, same goes for the DL to some degree.

few!!!!

I do think that the new incoming coach should have a chance to evaluate what talent there is here, but I think that Barrett will out price himself out of here ( I hope not) and even though we just signed Wakefield to a 4yr contract, i think he will be released in the offseason.. also I think the KVB might just become a back-up with Johnson/Pace here and maybe even just a situitional player..Also.. I think the poole, kasper and Mcaddley will be gone after this season too.

then I would like to see Emmitt either retire or be let go.. that money can be used somewhere else and I think Damien is a very good backup..

go cards.

This team is quite good talent wise with some needs at pass rushing DE, a stud CB, and an experienced WR. The team showed its talent against a very good Rams team. It is the coaching and the entire staff needs to be cleaned. With the right coaching, this team can be very competetive week in and week out.

Actually, in that poster he says "Predeam Ka Ezobveloneo."

What that means, I'm not sure, but that's a close approximation of the phoenetic pronunciation.

I tend to agree with you but a buddy of mine made a comment over the weekend that has me a bit worried he may be right.

What if the success at home(relative success) is not due to heat or the way we prepare but due to the lack of crowds in the stadium? His theory is NFL players are used to Sundays being a huge spectacle with huge, loud crowds to motivate players either at home(cheering) or on the road)booing). When they come into SDS and there's 30K or less fans, the intensity level of the opponent instantly flattens. THe Cards players are largely used to it, so it's a home field edge?

When he first said it I thought he was nuts but I keep thinking he might be onto something, which is scary if true because it means we're less talented than I think.

Well if that's the case let's boycott the next game so the Cards can get a blow out victory.

Nah Russ, the stadium was plenty full for our wins against Green Bay & SF. Seattle stomped us infront of 20,000, and Baltimore and Cincinnatti didn't have huge crowds but still played fairly well.
