Eric DeCosta, Director of Player Personnel for the Ravens is pretty intriguing.

Charlie Casserly

+1.

Chased out of Houston for making the right call.

Who would you rather have right now ? Vince Young ? Reggie Bush ? or Mario Williams ?

Some of us saw it was the right pick from day one. :D

One of the few things I have been right about through the years.

Agree with CtCardinal, Charlie Casserly. However, seems to have a mind of his own, and I'm not sure that Mr. B would like that. Now IF Michael is calling the shots, Charlie might have a chance. And b/t/w not Vinny Ceratto.

No idea.

But, given that Steve Keim has re-located to AZ from the East Coast, I'd say he'd be the favourite if the Bidwill's decided to kick Graves into another role. Mind you, Graves is on a relatively new deal, so I don't really imagine drastic change.

A much shorter list would be who WOULDN'T I want to replace him (-:

I just figure at some point trying the same thing and expecting different results is insane.

Graves has had his chance, things turned around in many areas but in the end when kurt retired, Graves wasn't able to keep us from going right back down.

He's a nice guy, he's just not a very good NFL GM IMHO.

In no particular order:

1) THESMEL

2) Alice in Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell

3) Mel Kiper Jr.

4) Ron Paul

5) ussfkkoq, the owner of the "SanDiegoVirginkillerz" (the bastard who's leading in my FF league)

6) Doug Whaley

7) The guy who handed me the full-color glossy flyer promising me "Girls Direct to my Room Within the Hour" last Saturday night on the Strip.
(PS - My wife doesn't agree with this one)

8) Generalissimo Francisco Franco (yes I know he's dead, but he still makes the list)

9) Kurt Warner

10) Mitch & K9 enter Thunderdome - 2 men enter, one GM exits

Condoleezza Rice WOULD BE MY FIRST CHOICE for US President or Cardinals GM

She could ace an aptitude test on football, as well.
When Rice was born, a football was waiting for her in her crib, courtesy of her father, John Rice, then a high school coach and athletic director in Birmingham, Ala.
"He had the football; he got a girl," she said, laughing at the recollection.
Rice, an only child, quickly showed her father she shared his passion for the game. By the time she turned 3, they were watching telecasts of their favorite team, the Cleveland Browns. The Browns at the time, under Paul Brown, were one of the NFL's earliest integrated teams, and they attracted a large, national African-American fan base.
