Julian Peterson or Will Allen would be awesome. Not sure if we could afford their price tags but they'd be #1 & 2 on my wish list.

Yes, I agree. That would be a cool combo. That way you could let Reggie freeze his ass off in Buffalo.

I also would like the Cards to sign Julian Peterson.

I'd love to see Jullian Peterson sign here...but then again that's what most of the NFL is thinking, too.

Realistically, I'd like to see Will Allen sign up.

Walter Mitchell (who has posted many wise things and a lot of insider-type insight on this board in the past, but whom I'm wary of praising too much in order to keep his head from exceeding his hat size).

He's author of the recent thread: The Offensive Line Problem

Julian Peterson and Jon Runyan would be nice. Add a little Charles Woodson for spice and I think that's a good piece of pie.

We're going to match the Bills' offer to Wells, so right now there's probably only about $3M-$4M available, which at the most means signing three guys to very low deals.

I would like to see...

DT Lionel Dalton - Davis is gone and we need depth. Dalton was hot or cold as a starter for the Chiefs. If he gets a back-up role, he might be more consistent when he's on the field.

G Tutan Reyes - Weakest starter on the very solid Panthers' OL. Bring him in to compete for at starting job and to add experienced depth.

CB Kenny Wright - left without a offer, and hasn't had much attention elsewhere. He probably come back when the marked dried out completely.

At this stage in FA, OT J Runyan would be a great pickup. I don't think we need any more inside OL. I think our weakness is at OT. I don't want to have to depend on a 2nd or 3rd rd rookie as our starting OT. And, unless O Ross inproves, I think we need a quality OT.
