1. Vermeil ( He needs one more resurrection to catch Parcells)
2. Coughlin (Would bring badly needed discipline)
3. O'Leary (D-Coord, Vikings), fake resume, but GREAT coach
4. Mike Mularkey

Dennis Green would set this organization further back than it already is. We'd get short-term success & then the poison would set in - same as in Minnesota - NO DISCIPLINE.

Art Shell was WAY overrated with the Raiders. He had the personnel to be in the Super Bowl, but fell miserably short. I remember when the Bills beat them in the AFC Championship 52-3. If he was the answer, he'd have been rehired by now.

Dan Reeves would not succeed without a ton of talent & we would be SOOOO BORING!!!!! This applies to Marty Shottenheimer also.

Get Parcells in 4 years

If ya can......you would not believe what he has done for my Cowboys, the guy is amazing and if JJ cant find away to extend his contract (and he still wanted to coach) he would be the best for the job.

I posted a long thread on art shell a couple of weeks ago...I was a Raider season ticket holder for most of his tenure while they were in LA.. At the time I thought he was a pretty poor coach - mostly due to unamaginative, very predictable play calling - and he seemed like a complete puppet of Al davis..but in hindsight - he would probably be a step up for the Cardinals.. He is the 100% opposite of Mac - Art was extremely quite and in the interviews and press conferences he would pretty much answer questions yes or no - and that would be it. Man of very few words... not sure that it matters - just thinking about how he is the complete opposite of mcginnis - but it was hard to tell if Art was big on discipline, etc..the Raiders usually led the league in penalties while Art was there..but then again they usually are the worst team in the this category no matter who the coach is.

Also...heard on the radio today that their is all kinds of speculation about dennis green going to Atlanta...seems the GM of the Falcolns was Green's agent before he joined the Falcons...they say he has wanted Green all along...do not know if there is any truth to it.

Jimmy Johnson and Joe Gibbs are the first two that come to mind that are not coaching now. I don't think Gibbs will ever come back. And Jimmy would only take the job if he had complete control which Bidwill will not give. I guess that leaves Tom Coughlin and Dennis Green.
