I thought with all the changes going on it would be fun to see which current SUNS player is your favorite.
By favorite i mean the SUNS player that you really enjoy to watch the most and maybe you follow outside of basketball as well.
Also i like polls LOL.
You can only vote once(Andrew).

It's probably Amare but Nash is 1b.

Out of this current group?

I think Shaq wins by default.

Richardson is too new. Nash seems to care more about the system than the team. Amare seems to care about nothing. Lopez and Amundson are goofy haired try hard guys. Dragic is a disappointment. Hill is consistently average and Barnes is averagely inconsistent.

I believe Richardson will be my favorite by the end of the year though.

I like a player who brings energy to both ends of the floor, doesn't say things(to the media) to draw attention to himself or make excuses for himself, doesn't take crap but will dish it out, will defend his teammates, is athletic, enjoys playing defense, can do alot of little things as well as hit the big shot on the court and works hard.
Barney is my guy.

In went with J Rich, was close to buying his Jersey even though it was Non Suns, My Favs, were Bell and Marion, then Amare but Amare sucks now, So I am a Richardson and Barnes guy now.

Nash Should not Count, Thats like a Colts Fan saying his favorite player is Manning, All Suns fans love Nash.

This was a tough one. I wish it was a "top 3" type of thing as opposed to just one favorite. I had to go with Barnes because he is exactly the type of player I like- plays his heart out every night, goes after every rebound, after every loose ball, plays tough D and doesn't complain.

I almost went with Shaq though as I am really really impressed with him this year. Big man is playing hard, dominating other Centers, grabbing rebounds, blocking shots, even running the fast break.

I also like Amundson a lot. He has a lot of energy, does whatever needs to be done- much like Barnes.

Barnes is definitely my favorite player on this team right now, but Shaq is right behind him, followed by Amundson.

I like Robin Lopez, his energy on the court reminds me of Nick Vanos.

I voted for Jason Richardson because that's the player I most enjoy watching. I know he is new but I liked watching him even at GS. He is an exciting player.

I had to go with Lou... it just does my heart good to see him out there battling away. And he does need someone to show a little appreciation.

A pretty likeable bunch of guys... I'm warming up quick to JRich. I think I'll like Dudley, too, once I get to see him playing a bit. Hill, Barnes, Nashie, Amare (if I keep my eyes closed on defense), the new Leandro, Shaq - never thought I'd say this but I'm getting fond of him. I feel sorry for Dragic - its not his fault Kerr & Co overhyped him. And he's only a bit of confidence away from being an NBA player - I'm predicting that all of you heaping comtumely on him will eat crow some day. I'd like to see the Suns pick up an extra player so they could send him down to the D-League where he could have some success.

Barnes. He's the only one who's moderately effective on both sides of the ball.

Nash, Stoudemire, and Barbosa give up at least as many points as they score. I'll have to see if Richardson's good behavior holds up. O'Neal takes too many games off for my liking, although I do greatly admire his performance so far this season. Hill is an offensive liability more often than not. The deep bench is pathetic, except for Amundson, whose brain is in the right place but whose skills are just too limited.

I voted for LB. He's certainly not the best player on the team, but when I think of 'favorite' pro athletes I factor in 'who would I want to hang out with?", which makes LB an easy choice. Amare and Shaq are both extremely arrogant and have the collective IQ of a Circus Peanut. Nash would probably get on my nerves when he tried to act smart by reading the Communist Manifesto. I doubt I'd have anything to relate to with guys like Barnes and Richardson and Robin Lopez's voice frightens me. I'd put Grant Hill as #2 in the 'who Id like to hang out with' category, though he might move up to #1 if I found out he has access to an unlimited supply of Sprite.

I think this poster says it all about LB:

Its called "Leandro Barbosa: Fast, nice, good at basketball", which is all I really ask out of a player.

The only player who was close to Nash for me was Marion. Still bummed about the way that all went down. So it's Nash until he retires or is wearing another team's jersey. And then it goes back to Kyle Macy. :suns:

So LB is somehow significantly more intelligent than Amare and/or Shaq?
