why is the clock wrong

every time i switch it to az time it goes back to the gts anyways it is a hour ahead and was wondering if i was alone on this and how to fix it ??

I have mine set at Greenwich Mean Time - 8 (GMT -8) and it works for me

i just put it on pacific cause it is the time it is here in az almost 6pm hopefully it stays and doesnt switch back
