He was the grad assistant when I was at UA circa 1999 I think...don't know much beyond that. He was video coordinator for Lute.

Murph is bottom right. A few decent players in that pic (RJ, Walton, Iggy, Frye). lol.

He is a hard worker and the players will like him. I don't know about his X's & O's but because he worked under Lute, would not be surprised if he is successful. Maybe he'll use some ex-Cats with helping him recruit some players.

Ha, beat me to it. He's a Lute disciple which probably means he'll recruit and develop his balls off but from an in-game standpoint he'll let the players play. Great out of the box hire for NAU and another legacy coaching prospect in the system for UA should Miller ever leave someday.

The question for you Jon is how is a Lute guy running your program going to go over with you?

Isaiah Fox looks like he just shoplifted about 600 bagels. No wonder Amanda Beard had bouts of depression.

LOL I had class with Fox in undergrad.

Dude always came to class with McDonalds. Two sausage mcmuffins and hash browns.

I remember when he got caught stealing a bagel from the U Mart. *******.

Murph was working as a video coordinator with the Nuggets for a few years and then went to Memphis with Pastner. I think this is great hire for NAU and agree he could be a guy UA looks at down the road.
