Rosen is one tough SOG to play behind a HS level OL and finish the year able to walk and talk. Is he the fiery type leader, no but he can be a quiet leader as long as he gains his teammate’s respect. If he is given a NFL starting caliber OL and a couple of legit receivers and fails then you can start looking for a replacement but I am curious to see how he fits in Kingsbury’s offense.

The QB play could have been better, even with our terrible O-line... But I think what Wilkes meant to say was... "I tried like hell, but it really is true... You can't put a round peg in a square hole."

And if he was being totally honest... He would also have said..." I know the phrase “The definition of insanity...... is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”..... is completely cliché.... But I had 16 games to disprove that theory... And I'm still not quite convinced!"

What Wilks knew about offensive football could be written as a warning on the side of a cigarette package : Paying attention to this guy will seriously lower your football IQ and cost you your job.

This guy's ego must have taken a huge hit when he was fired.

He says it's good to have an Alpha male QB to inspire the team? He's basically saying we have a wuss for a Qb.......

Steve Wilks is a used car salesman.

He can talk the the talk, but he tried to walk and fell on his face.

His talent evaluation was atrocious, and his definition of "leadership" was a joke.

I really do not care what he has to say about any player.

All i know, is if I am playing the Browns this year, I am running the ball all day long, and waiting to here a press conference about "gap integrity"

Wilks was a joke.

Rosen still has a lot to prove, and I am certainly not sold on him, but I think Wilks and his ineptitude really has no place to say anything. When your football team has the number "32" in every ranking, maybe you should shut your mouth. He was intrigued by the QB in Cleveland ? Or maybe it was the only place that would hire him ? Wilks is the best bull---- artist in the NFL.

We will see how Wilks does in Cleveland, I will not be surprise if that team regresses defensively, not one bit.

Wilks said he likes the young personnel in Cleveland and is “looking forward to adding more pieces to that.” <-- LOL. They are doomed. I wonder if he packed his bricks with him.

To be honest ? I doubt it.

I think the main reason he was fired in AZ after one year was he was not going to change what he was doing. Offensively and more concerning defensively.

Again, he is a used car salesman, nothing but talk ,and sounding like he knows what he is talking about. He is a classic example of "The Emperor wears no clothes"

TBH, Cleveland firing Greg Williams, and then hiring Wilks to replace him is a very "Cleveland Browns" thing to do. I know the Cardinals should not talk, since we hitched our wagon to a hype machine for a head coach, but I am WAY WAY WAY more impressed and happy to have Vance Joseph coaching our defense, then if I where a Cleveland Browns fan and relying on Steve Wilks to run and have 99% of the control on the defensive side of the ball.

The Browns are going to regret that decision.

Fake news. I didn't hear him talk about teaching or DNA once. Has to be a body double.

A Wolf in Wilks clothing if you will.
