At least for defense sake, we need to do it. As K9 noted, I cannot understand why Wilks gutted a good NFL defense without a replacement. Could not he have kept elements of it and slowly blended his schemes into it as season progresses? It is disheartening to note that they didn't trade away Reddick and Buccanon in the off-season when they are not going to use them. Also, it should not take more than 15 days after Wilks was hired to know these two don't fit in his defense. Now their trade value is even lower. What did Wilks do all off-season? At least we know what Keim was doing.

I would trade a draft pick for Bowles. Thoughts?

Of that list of those most likely gone the only one that has had any playoff success is Rivera and IMO he is an overrated coach anyway.

You do realize that Belichick was the defensive mastermind of 2 SB champion defenses in NY right? One of the greatest NFL defenses ever! Comparing him & Wilks at the pre HC point of their coaching careers is laughable.

Successful long term NFL HC’s adapt schemes & philosophies to personel something that Wilks publicly denies he will do every single week!!!
