wonder how Dockett's feeling these days...

Like some sort of timewarp back to the early-mid 2000's Cardinals was a choice he actually consented to make.

...and Boldin's saying... I've seen this before.

I will never understand why so many people who make 10's of millions of dollars (and like to drink) hate limo drivers so much.

exactly, I completely agree with Tomsula about addiction etc. But why in the world is a kid with his history and his money not having someone drive him everywhere to avoid this?

Money does not make you smart. Nor does it heighten the intelligence of those with whom you surround yourself.

How about the NFL will arrange & pay for anyone who's impaired a free ride home at any hour!!! Talk about being stupid & not taking advantage of a get out of jail free card!!! :bang:

Don't forget that clown in Brownieland who's been popped for weed 97 times now

He forgets that he's not supposed to toke, poor dude. AND, I don't want to do the research myself so, HOW ITH does he get away with 97 violations? I'd probably keep smoking too if after getting popped that often I'm still making a ton of money playing the game I love.

I always wondered this same thing until I heard Marcellus Wiley talking about the PG from Denver who just got his 4th DUI. These guys buy really expensive cars because they want to be SEEN in them and that's why they don't take taxis and limo's. It's a flash thing. Which is REALLY stupid, but so are most of the guy's who are getting busted.

I wonder if Jerry Jones is pondering the idea of signing him. He would be a great partner in crime for Hardy. Oh forgot McClain is still on the team, so the LB corp could be known as the Chain Gang.

The reality is they gave these guys too many chances because they were good players and now that they don't expect to be a good team, they're finally doing the right thing with Smith and McDonald.

Yep! And Karma is kicking the Niners in the ass now!

The more alcohol one consumes, the worse judgment becomes and it leads to bad decisions like deciding to drive. Rich, poor, young, old, smart, stupid.... it really doesn't matter. Alcohol doesn't give a damn and treats everyone the same.

They have had an epically bad offseason. It could be a very, very long year for them. I don't see how they finish anywhere besides last in the division. Their only hope for a good year is that Kapernick suddenly puts it all together and plays like an elite QB. Needless to say, that is a real longshot.

Report: Colin Kaepernick, Aldon Smith had practice altercation

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...ernick-aldon-smith-had-practice-altercation/?
ocid=Yahoo&partner=ya5nbcs&ref=yfp

...Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com reports that there have been no on-field altercations at any of the 49ers’ five training camp practices, but the media is not allowed to view the team’s morning walk-through practices. So if there was a Smith-Kaepernick confrontation, it apparently happened at a walk-through.

Police say Smith hit a parked car on Thursday evening and at first fled the scene. When he returned, he showed signs of being intoxicated. The 49ers cut him shortly after Smith was released from jail.

What a loser. Heard him after he left jail and he went on and on about "There was no DUI. It's all good." Uh, no...it is not all good you piece of hot garbage, Call a cab, use Uber, use your head. What a jerk. Just glad he didn't kill anyone out there.

Ya'll forgot he played 7 games last year and had only 2 sacks and 5 tackles.
The year before his stats sucked too.
If he was at his performance 3 years ago they'd keep him, but now with bad behavior and no field production...he's done.
No nfl team will touch him.
Forget about the off the field go look at his time on the field and see if he's worth even playing....you'll find he is a has been.
Now add the off the field stuff...he's worthless in nfl terms.

There are pictures going around on FB of Kaepernick at some SF nightclub looking EXTREMELY intoxicated with a couple of other guys nearby with bloodshot eyes in one pic and sunglasses in the next. and there are rumors that he was so drunk he had to be helped out of the club into a limo.

But at least it was a limo and not him being another DUI driver.

Note, I'm sure every team in the NFL has stuff like this but they have been looking the other way for years because it was good players and now they have a real problem putting their foot down, the best players just don't believe they're serious.

Jim Harbaugh , is standing in his backyard every night gazing up into the night sky . He is so thanking his Lucky Stars that got him out of that 2015 Forty-niners mess .

So true. Didn't he also get paid more going to Michigan then staying there?

I hate the 9ers. Let them unset the Rams for last place.
