Graves is gone, we have a new GM, and the new GM sticks with Whiz another year?

OK, throw in the offensive coaching overhaul and Whiz relinquishes control of the roster to the new GM...

No, but the vast majority of Whiz power over the roster should be removed, the offensive staff should be changed, and the new OC should have a huge say in the new QB coach, WR coach, and offensive line coach.

No more puppets like Miller or Billy Davis as coordinators.

I would also be disappointed if Keim was promoted as the GM. I want new blood, a fresh vision, and a new approach. I want someone who's background is very, very strong in the scouting.

Angry, no.

If I got angry over the moves this team makes I'd have an ulcer. Or be under arrest.

I'm content if Graves, Miller and Grimm are fired.

About the only good thing the Cardinals have going is their defense. If the Cardinals lose Horton and keep Whiz... well I would be suspect of the new GM.

Hire Horton as HC and revamp the offense with new personnel.

I won't, but this board will melt down & many here will threaten to never root for the Cards again if Wiz & his buds arent sent packing!!! Book it! :D

And if Horton gets away & Wiz stays the venom will continue spewing.

It depends on who the next HC would be. The only thing scarier than Whisenhunt coming back to coach again next year would be Todd Haley as the next HC.

Yes! at this point i dont know how the bidwills could stick with graves and whisehunt . I think their silent show how they perceive The discontent from the fans .as business men they are. They know when is time to turn the page

Of course not providing Whis relinquishes most of his personnel control functions and dismisses Russ Grimm and Miller. This also assumes Rod Graves is demoted to a position with no control over the draft and Steve Keim is promoted to general manager.

I don't see any way Whis hangs on if the above doesn't happen anyway.

I would hate to lose Horton. With a possibility of 8 NFL HC openings. Horton most likely will get one. I just hope he gets promoted to be the Cards HC.

if whiz and grimm stay, we lose horton, and keim get promoted to GM I will be pissed since we still wont have someone who knows how to pick a QB.

No, I would be disappointed if Whis is let go. Graves I can take or leave.

I also don't think it is a slam dunk that Horton will 1. Be hired as a head coach elsewhere or 2. Be a great head coach anywhere. He might be but it is a gamble...not all great coordinators make great head coaches. See Norv Turner.

Hell yeah I would be pissed. But just like the last bazillion years I will get over it.

After reading the list of potential names out there, honestly, who really knows?

If any of you all claimed that you actually knew what goes on in any of these NFL FO's, I would call your a liar. Alot of this stuff is nothing more than moving desks from one side of the building to the next anyways. These people are all in bed with each other. Hiring or firings don't amount to much but they must be done from time to time to rekindle the flame.
