What do you think? We could have Peyton Manning right now if not for a few meaningless victories back in the day . . . what do you think?

In my heart I want them to finish 7-9, but in my head, I know that it would probably be best for the team if they don't.

Win and hope with all you got that McCown finishes strong as we really have no other options for a QB on the horizon. All players are competitive at this level. They will try and win but may not make that play which might injure them when nothing is to be gained. Some are playing for a job next year. Looks to me more and more like Wilson is out of here which will leave a big hole to fill and another draft slot for a DB which we seem to need every other year. If he leaves how may starting DB's that we have had will be playing for other teams? How many DB's have we drafted in the last 5 years? Some have posted that he is not worth the money he wants. He is worth what other teams will pay him and it will be big. He is clearly our best DB and I repeat we cannot continually let guys like Wilson just walk away. This is the past way of doing business and we need to change it.

he's lost alot of these guys and better do some quick healing to get them back. Other than that it's still not him, the players are playiung for pride and the fans that they hear every week, screaming in those stands. That said, WIN OUT!!

jstadv: you nailed it buddy. the players wil be playing for their fellow players and pride but not for Denny. I do not see any of these guys saying "Lets win one for the Gipper"! In war in the heat of battle you are not fighting for your country or the regiment but for the guy on your right and on your left.
