  • Choice of Online Stores. Introducing the first "Digital Media Mall" enabling you to discover, download, rent or stream music and video within the Player from a choice of online stores. These stores enjoy deeper integration and customization within the Player to enhance their functionality and ease of use.
  • Enhanced Device Support. A wide selection of devices are supported with this release, including a host of current portable music players and new Portable Media Center devices that will be available later this year. A major component of this rich device support includes a new feature called Auto Sync which enables the seamless, automatic synchronization of music, video, and even recorded TV and photos to supported portable devices.
  • Improved All-in-One Smart Jukebox. Windows Media Player 10 Technical Beta builds upon the award-winning Windows Media Player 9 Series, delivering fast and flexible playback, unmatched audio and video quality, and smart jukebox features designed to save you time and effort.

My system at home crashes when I load WP9. So I am using 6 at home. My computer won't even continue through the boot cycle- it gets locked up & I have to bypass & run in safe mode. Too much PITA, so that's why I run w/6.

I like the old one better where you can open up more than 1 player at a time - that way you an have 3 or 4 porn mpegs going at the same time, place them side by side, & see if your favorite girl is indeed in the chosen scenes.

;)

I don't like the new license checking thing that started with the last update to Media Player 9. I downloaded this porno and it said I didn't have the correct license so it wouldn't play it

I used to be devoted to Winamp 2, then tried to use Ver 3, it was terrible. But ver 5 is actually pretty good so I use that for most everything now. I use WMP but only for Wav files. That way I can listen to my voicemail in WMP while not having to turn off whatever music I am listening to in Winamp.

I'll try out WMP 10 and give it a fair shot at music though, but only because you are a Cards fan.

I'm still using version 2.91.

I've been attempting to d/l this for nearly the past hour, but I get this following error:

RunDLL:
Error loading C:WINDOWS\System32\wpd_ci.dll
This specified module could not be found.

How do I correct this problem (or restore that dll)?

You have to be running Win XP (does that help  )

If you are having problems downloading win updates I seriously recommend a reload of windows. Maybe try a re install of winxp sp1 first? Or you could try to do a repair from the recovery console if you have a full XP cd, not a restore cd from your computer manufacturer.

When i upgraded to ver 3 I quickly downgraded back to 2.91!

I gave ver 5 a try and I actually like it quite a bit.

Worked for me!

Thank you for putting FFWD and REWIND buttons on the playback buttons for DVDs! That was frustrating.

Is the burn and rip CD's feature new? Sweet!
