Coach Gary Andersen has a new deal at Wisconsin with about a 15 percent raise. The university's Board of Regents approved the five-year package for Andersen on Monday. Wisconsin went 9-4 in 2013 in Andersen's first year after arriving from Utah State. Athletic director Barry Alvarez said in a statement that he began considering a raise toward the end last season.
