Times his leaps well and can high-point the ball. Locates the ball quickly and is a willing contributor in run support. Quality special teams prospect with return experience. Some legitimate athletic upside.
Negatives: Raw. Hasn't played in a year. Only one year of D-I experience. JUCO transfer that who was placed on academic suspension in 2009, missing the entire season. Lean build. Classic drag down tackler that isn't going to scare anyone with his physicality.

He didn’t play as a senior after being ruled ineligible, because Troy administrators figured out he had run out of eligibility after starting his college career at Northwestern State in 2005 and then going to community college.

Actually this reported inaccurately. Calvin missed out last year because of academic ineligebility meaning he didnt achieve the required grades for him to be allowed to participate. Yeah i saw that and he also had our UDFA WR Juamorris Stewart out of Southern as one of his sleeper picks before the draft. I agree we are becoming the small school kings of the draft.
