Nice link! I think its funny they referenced "going all wolfmother on us" in the review. There was a time in my life where I might have minded if a band I loved enjoyed commerccial success, but now, I just want good bands to have a career, not a one and done that the record industry seems to foster. Wolfmother is BLOWING UP since I first saw them in Brooklyn last year. I hope Greyhound has the same success.

Just DL'ed the new Wolfmother record, Cosmic Egg. Long hiatus, band break-up, and then reformed with new rhythm section. Still wolfmother, for sure. Being derivitive is just fine when youre using good source material. I still hear the Deep Purple, the Sabbath, but now theres a heavier element in the production; think Helmet's first record. First listen is solid.

Good to hear some new Wolfmother! Fun to go back and re-read this thread!
