Is the PAC 10 going to be '09 SEC bad next year?
It's pretty weak, lots of people are picking UCLA, I pick UW right now. USC would have been the favorite before all the mess.
UW's best player is Thomas, who's a one dimensional SG in a PG's body who doesn't play defense.
UCLA's best player we think might be Malcolm Lee but don't really know, if not Lee their best returning player is probably Dragovic who last year was not a good defender(he improved) but a pretty solid offensive guy. Drago couldn't see the floor at UCLA 2 years ago, he's better mind you but not that much better it's a much younger UCLA team. And with Honeycutt's back injury(supposedly a stress fracture out 2 months) it's unclear if our best freshman will be 100% either.
Very down year in the conference IMHO. Not surprising given how many guys we have all lost to the NBA the last 2 years.
