And I doubt anyone has heard of him. He plays in the And1 league. Pretty cool video of the dunk. I wonder if it’s enough to get him an NBA contract on pure athletic ability alone.

I don’t know about that. The NBA is littered with extremely athletic guys with absolutely no basketball skills. Let’s not forget the guy the Suns had who’s claim to fame was dunking over a Yugo.

I hate to be picky (seeing as I can't do it), but it is a 360. Look at it frame by frame - he takes off with back to basket, dunks with back to basket.... the other half turns are down before the take off and after the dunk...

Thats was a 360 dunk, something done by many.
