Minter played 93% LYR, Chandler 87%, Peterson 96%, Jefferson 86% and none of the would be as versatile as Reddick. 70% is a low number if your a difference maker.
90-100% of snaps in the NFL isn't that big of a deal...pro offenses don't run as many plays as they do in college...unless you are the Patriots in the Superbowl.

If NFL teams run more than 70 plays on average, that's a good amount. In college, 70 plays is halftime.

considering all are projects what dont u like on reddick ?

Bo, not all picks are projects. Not at all. We had several plug-and-play players available for our pick. Where we wouldn't have had to hope they developed into something they weren't in college.

He's a guy we're HOPING will fit in, based on athleticism, not based on on-field production. He's never played the main position we'll be asking him to play--ILBer. He's pure project.

One thing I like about Reddick is he can rush the passer. I watched his tape of the Senior Bowl and he beat his man almost every time. I do think it will take him a year or two to get the defense down but I also think he will be moved around a lot playing both inside and outside linebacker.

I agree with what you're saying but his play at the Senior Bowl practices and game were eye opening. I wonder if he would have made it passed the Ravens. It may be a bit of a risk but I think it's worth it. He'll have a year to apprentice under Dansby.
