Flores is exactly the swift kick in the arse this team needs and if Kyler Murray's persona is really as laxed and entitled as claimed, then he should not be a QB for any franchise and surely not dictate the success of a franchise having to treat him with kid gloves... I think the perception of Kyler Murray has some merit but not to the degree people are stating, and he just might respond to the Flores challenge

I don’t think it will be Flores. He seems to have become a forgotten man.

I’m afraid if you connect the dots our next head coach will be Glenn or VJ.

Neither of the Cincy coordinators name NEVER came up before Sunday. Suddenly they’re a hot commodity.

Flores hasn't been forgotten at all...He's been the odds on favorite with betting sites for quite some time.

Such a Cards move to wait for so long that whoever we do hire has less time to get their staff and end up keeping the crappy current lot, who in this new culture are part of the problem with the old culture

Would the Cardinals 4th choice (at best) at HC be all that bad?

That’s a rhetorical question, right?
who is their fourth choice??
Hell, who was their first choice?
I mean, fans obviously have favorites... but I havent seen the team come out and say, "we love this guy and we are gonna go get him" have you?

I think Glenn is getting a poor rep around here. Yes his Lions record is not great on paper but that was a team in turmoil that's going to take a while to turn around, and he's done that. He's apparently a great leader and coach. Players love working for him. He's very highly respected around the league. And he has a little scouting and FO work on his CV too so understands that side of football.

I don't think any team has hired a staff yet so we are, at most, only a few days behind.

Reich has been in place the longest and I don't think has hired anyone yet.

Just what has Glenn done to scream , I’m a head coach?
He didn’t set the world on fire in Detroit. He turned the Lions around over the last 10 games? Check out their offense. Some could say the OC turned the team around.
Can you rally say he’s head and shoulders over The cincy Dc?

This hire would be so like the Cardinals. Another apprentice.
