U consider these many tear ligaments are consequence of vanilla preaseaon?

This sucks! I had him on my fantasy team and he was tearing it up. Now I need to find a new QB.

I think so. Cant provide any science on it. But we have way more of these types of injuries since the cba limited mandatory practices and contact drills.... these types of non contact injuries are far less in say,..NBA, where players are running and jumping at a high level for a longer stretch of the year...dudes are in better condition

I have no stats but the new rule didnt bring much benefit at now
The main part of football is contact, being hit, the body must be prepared to absorb the hit, even ligaments must be trained at full speed, and thats no possible playing flag football
A training camp with just few session of true football probably doesnt help preventing injuries during the regular season

So hits to your knee area helps prevent non contact ACL injuries?

10-12 team league should be easy. Chances are you didn’t draft Watson. Heck, even Josh McCown can admirably full in.

Not the hits themselves but the need to strengthen the ligaments and tendons. QB's taking reps on 7 on 7's and without pads is fine for game preparation but for seasonal preparation you must have more game like situations.

The strengthening is done in the weight room and off field drills.
