You would have to think the Reds are shaking their collective heads, wondering how they could possibly lose two straight to the Diamondbacks.

Only the second time since the All Star Game that AZ has been able to string together two wins. How sad. Long live 2001.

I wonder just how much this might be going to the heads (ang egos) of the coaching staff?

Although we may now be heroes to the Cubs & Astros. :D

This might sound way off but the team has shown some improvements in the last few weeks.

I am starting to believe that may Aquino has a shot at becoming the closer for next year. Anyone who can throw a 98 mph fastball and can also throw a nasty slider has a shot.

If this team can find some starting pitchers for next season I will have some hope. I hope they call up Mike Gosling in September. I want to see what he can do. I also hope they call up Corey Myers. He has been tearing the ball for the Sidewinders.

I rather hope they'll forcibly retire Mike Fetters.

From what was said the other day, potentially only guys on the 40-man roster already will get called up - maybe Gosling, Josh Kroeger, may see Colby and Hammock off the DL.

Todays loss really hurt. We had a chance to win three in a row which would've been cool... but we didnt.

Congrats to Edgar Gonzalez who took a no-hitter into the 7th inning.
