WSU threw 89 passes in one game

Connor Halliday, Washington State QB, threw 89 passes in the game against Oregon. Reports indicate his arm fell off after the game.

The joke is that Oregon coach thought it was low class for him to do so.

The accusing coach, Mike Allioti / DC, apologized the next day and blamed it on adrenaline. I suspect it might have been the embarrassment from WSU putting up 39 points while completing 59 passes for 557 yds against his defense. Hah.

BTW, Oregon slipped to #3 via the BCS. Maybe it was the defense.
