Sorry to say but the call was right he never broke the plain... Ball came out before hand... How unfortunate was that... By mere inches of winning...

No, he didn't. The replay they kept showing looked like he just didn't quite make it. He could've stuck the ball out I thought.

The correct non BS call every other team in the league would get in that situation would be Touchdown because that was how it was ruled on the field and honestly from the angle they had you can't tell.

It's BS

Just like the no call when the guy grabbed Boldins arms when he dropped the TD pass.

He could have but he was spun around and the lost the ball. Great try though... Got closer than Shipp could... Hat's off to McCown today!! Played really tough...

Don't blame it on the refs conrad. That's weak.

We had our chances to win this game.

I'm not blaming anything on the refs they don't deserve.

Had we won it would of been against scrubs and so winning or not winning means nothing to me as such.

It's actually helpful for our draft order.

The fact remains, the refs slanted this thing horribly for sentimental reasons.

It stinks.

I wouldn't be surprised if the guy was talking to Tagliabue on that headset who told him, since it wasn't clear McCown scored, to reverse it for the Colts. It's what everyone but Cardinals fans wanted to see.

No one can convince me that that replay was conclusive. The call on the field should have stood.

Indianapolis got the call because they are the "Golden Boy", Tony Dungy-led Colts and we are the "Step-child", Dennis Green-led Cardinals.

The ball is completely hidden in the angle they had, the call was TD and so you'd have to be able to see the ball.

You can't so it's pure sentimental BS.

No way he got in. No way.

I don't think he did either. But, there is a little doubt because we didn't a view from the other side. McCown's body shielded what we could see of the ball for most of that replay.

In my best impression of a time to kill.

Now imagine that was a Colts player trying to score and tell me they would have reversed the call?

Nope they'd have let it stand.

The ball clearly DID NOT cross the plane. I'm one of those horrible Cardinal fans that didn't care if we won or lost today. We played a good game against their scrubs, but I hate meaningless wins. Let's get pumped for our Super Bowl - The Draft in April.

No, they would not have reversed the call on the Colts.

But, I don't think McCown scored either. It was the right call.

I watched the play on HD super slo mo and from where the ball disappeared behind his body to where it reappeared again, the ball was obviously going backwards and couldn't have possibly crossed the plane of the goal line. If he would have held the ball out rather than cradling it in his arm, it would have been a touchdown.

Amen.

It was a long, disappointing year.

Graves was quoted in the paper today as saying we'd be very active in free agency. Surely the oline will be our top priority.

I absolutely agree. And the pass interference on Boldin in the endzone was an easy call. They mentioned Indy has no pass interference calls against them all year. No wonder. The Cards are bad but the officiating is a disgrace.
