Or in all honesty how the Seahawks do too? And if you are really good...Then you should be able to with no problem...explain how the Colts have a 25-1 to odds to WIN THE SUPER BOWL.

We had two of the worst quarterbacks in the NFL last year. We still have them, and they're the presumptive starters. The only team looking longingly at our quarterbacks are the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The odds are set to get people to bet. It's not Vegas predicting who will win the SB. It's Vegas is trying to entice you to put money down. Right now with all of the excitement surrounding Andrew Luck, Vegas can give crappy odds and still get Colt fans to fork out the money.

Come on guys....really. Odds are to create an even playing field so that when people bet the bet is difficult. The odds are based on who is predicted to win the Super Bowl. That is why they don't have Green Bay at 20-1 because that is bad money bet. Vegas would lose there ass......IF they really thought the Cards were a threat they would make them 15-1, 20-1....You don't make a good team a 60-1 bet because if 20,000 people threw 1000 dollars on it...Vegas would lose their ass.

Odds when 2 teams are playing are to make 2 teams evenly matched while using a point spread. It makes it very difficult to bet on say the Packers against Cleveland...If CLeveland is getting 19 points.

Odds and how good they think they are are very much hand and hand. The Cards being basically ranked as the 5th worst team in the NFL is a joke here. Makes no sense to be technically ranked lower than the Rams and the Colts.

Yeah, definitely worth dropping $100 if you have it. I am a bit annoyed that my Vegas trip isn't until March 15th, we will or won't have Peyton by then.

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RANKINGS!

I has to do with perception amoung sports betters. Vegas adjusts the odds to entice more people to place bets on a particular team. Because the Cardinals historically have a negative image and a small core fan base they don't see the volume of bets for them. So they increase the odds to a point where they start to see money coming in.
