Anyone else start dabbling in on this? I went in on it a few weeks ago. People are stating it could get as high as 20-30 bucks a share come April. I had a buddy that dumped 5K into it at .49 and now he’s sitting at almost 30k as it sits at 3.33 now.

Cryptocurrency has no intrinsic value, so there is no logic to any of its price movement. XRP might get to $30 by April, it might get to $100 by the end of the January, and/or it might be worth pennies by the summer. It's basically like investing in a random number generator.
The question to ask yourself is, where is that added value coming from? It's coming from the funds of other people who bought in after your friend did. In other words, it's a pyramid scheme. As with all pyramid schemes, you can do well if you time it right. Plenty of people get rich off of them, which is why they continue to exist and there are always new ones coming around the corner.
I'm up 118% in it. I think I dumped $2500 in it several months ago.
I had a good anount in it but converted all of what I had into bitcoin when they were about to be shut down. I did buy back in with a few hundred mid $2s and will probably buy more soon.
