Just realized this has AMC so once I finish the walking dead season 4 on netflix I will likely start the trial to watch season 5.

this link has all the packaches available now for $5 extra per month. Mostly garbage IMO like the sports channel being all of espns back channels.

Can I watch Sling TV on more than one TV (or other device) at the same time?

No. Unless you create more than one account, you cannot watch Sling TV on more than one device -- TV or mobile -- at the same time. The service is restricted to one stream at a time.

You can have more than one device registered to the same account, but if you're watching one and then begin streaming on another, the service makes you choose which single device to continue streaming.
Does Sling TV have commercials?

Yes. It has the same commercial breaks and national ads as the standard TV channels delivered via cable or satellite TV service.

Can I pause live TV or skip commercials?

Not on most channels. The pause, rewind and fast-forward commands don't work at all when watching any of the ESPN channels (including the SEC Network), AMC, TNT, TBS, CNN, Cartoon Network/Adult Swim, any of the Disney channels, ABC Family, Boomerang, HLN, IFC or Sundance TV.

downloaded it the other day hoping to get access to a new season of a show not on netflix.

It has the live channels but it does not have librarys and on demand from all channels. A lot of shows do have like the last 2 episodes you can watch but you would have to keep up.

Disappointing. I might fire it up to watch some shows I love that I dont want to wait to watch until 6 months after it was on TV but beyond that it doesnt have any value to me. Beyond that, my OTA is on a different input than the xbox, if it was all integrated (which it will be before long) maybe I would like it more.

Did you use the Xbox One app? Any DVR functionality?

used the xbone app, yes. Dont know if it has DVR functionality, remember reading that it would not before.

It appears it will have the last 2-3 episodes to stream if you check in once a week while a favorite show is on but there is no back catalog.

I can twitch stream it or something if you want to see it.

just found out about amazon season pass, going to scrap sling tv and just do that instead. I'd rather buy the shows I want at a discount than pay $20 a month for live TV I dont watch.

I want to do this soon but these per channel subscription prices are way too high. We need more competition and more to jump on the bandwagon.

nope, just this one and its only for live content.

From what I know though, if you have amazon prime, you can buy seasons for a major discount and the shows become available the day after airing ( I will be doing this for walking dead season 6)
