Actually, I've never seen a whole Adam Sandler movie. Don't like him, can't stand his sidekick guy.

love adam sandler, even most of his "bad" stuff (little nicky, big daddy). thought this movie was flat out TERRIBLE. and i was medicated for laughter when i saw it. AND i got a lot more of the jokes than most b/c i'm jewish. and it STILL wasn't funny. and NO, i was NOT insulted by any of it, so that doesn't explain my outlook on it. i just thought it was terrible.

I finally watched this last night after my daughter insisted I'd find it funny. The pacing was lousy and it was too long, but it had me laughing a lot, and all the 'inside' jokes about Israelis (and Lebanon) were fun. Nice to see Tel Aviv and Acco for a few minutes.

I recently watched it. I don't know, perhaps I'm getting too old for these stupid comedies, but I thought this was awful. It seems like a 3rd grader could write these jokes.
