Not good. I'm thinking a lot of people will be making a stink about it. Would be nice if that little guy got to watch the game with his Dad.

What is with all the cable interruptions.

I was watching a tv show I recorded around the 31st, and (I think it was comcast or time warner) had a list of 15 channels or so that were going to go off. Spike, MTV, I think nickelodeon, some quality channels if you fit the demographic (whatever it is for the particular channel). I don't know why it was showing up on Cox, but it did.

Why call it cable if you don't carry any of the channels.

That sucks man, I hope it gets cleared up for you. What about OTA, it is Fox, and the transition date isn't until next month (I think after superbowl). Break out the rabbit ears.

dude, buy a set of bunny ears for the TV for 10 bucks and watch it that way. It's on network TV so you don't have to have cable.

Get an antenna - even if you have an HDTV, the antenna works fine

note: If you do have an HDTV - try out a couple different antennas, as some pick up the digital signal MUCH better

EDIT: Just saw your previous post...oh well, at least: post_count+1

DirecTV all the way. Plus if you have some hard times you can "suspend your account" for up to a year, and when things pick back up finacially just un-suspend your account.

AT NO CHARGE!!

Easier to deal with then having to cancel your cable and pay a $300.00 fee.

Why anyone still uses cable is beyond me. I have NEVER had a problem with DTV, and used have problems with my cable constantly.

Plus Cable companies are usually pretty evil.
