I was supposed to be going to this game. But at our golf club, they have a yearlong "Ryder Cup" format. I had the 2nd most points and am a "captain" in charge of picking teams. Out of all weekends, it's this weekend.
Sad thing is, my cousin lives in Wisconsin, had tickets set up and her nephew is the Cards asst. QB coach. I'm thinking I may have had alot of access to the Cards this week.
Dayum!

I can't help but feel this is another disappointing week. The trend recently is to under perform against teams we have a change of beating and over perform against teams we expect to get beat by.

The weather at the moment is predicting rain.

Hoping, but the trend is up then down.

If it's raining, I'll take my chances. Both teams run the ball very well. It could be a slogfest and I love Conner in that type of matchup, running behind Just The Tip. Also, I think whomever replaces Hernandez is probably going to be a better run blocker to start.

You know Conner is a mudder! He'll roll through it like a tank!

Early morning game with possibility of rain in very hostile environment. That actually makes be feel a lot better as this team tends to do good in those type of games for some reason.

My hopes for this game is to see Melton split snaps with SV5, Darius get 40%+ snaps, and Garrett get back to his norm split. And Tip to get another target. Also hope we don't completely go away from 3 S sets with DTD.

Hopefully this becomes an ugly game which would help AZ.

One mark for Cardinals roster progress is the snap share of

Max Melton
Garrett Williams
DTD
Darius Robinson

Those four players on the defense getting 40%+ snaps shares each game by the end of the season (which is feasible) would be great for the future of the roster.

If that's the trend then we should over perform! The Packers are better than the 49ers this year, by all accounts we should get clobbered. A rain game definitely favors us though.

The Packers only beat the Rams by 5 this week.

Their wins are against 1-3 Titans, 1-4 Rams and 2-3 Colts. Three of the worst teams in the league so far.

This is definitely a game we should have a chance of winning, so probably get beat by 14.
