I hate this cup thing. This early in the season, half the teams injured like us. Many are trying out new players, etc. We would be resting guys this game, like Book.

Booker likes playing games until the end. Let him enjoy it.

Nurkic is done with the Suns it’s just not official yet.

This is jumping to conclusions. He's been a good soldier. Losing weight wasn't a positive as some thought. He's not going to ask for a trade and no one is giving up a C to replace him.

On a semi-related note, everyone said Ayton needed a PF next to him to bring out the best in him. That narrative was dropped almost entirely when Ayton was replaced by Nurkic. He makes about 30% of what Ayton did, always gives effort, and isn't afforded any of the leeway Ayton was. Plus Nurkic knows how to buy a proper mattress.

Bol Bol looks like he is taking the game serious, although that was a circus shot that went in.

I'm not sure why the Suns insist on playing Nurkic.
I don't like seeing Nurkic shooting 3's. I rather see him pounding inside & rebounding. We are so small up front with the exception of 6'11" KD but his skinny frame and he's not a powerful rebounder but a heck of a scorer which we don't have available at the moment. But the opposition are giving those outside shot to Nurkic. I want to to see more of Plumblee on the court.

Are these Suns real or they going leave us feeling bad for yet another year? It's early not having KD, Bradley, and Allen doesn't help. I 'm still believing in the 9-4 Suns!!!

Shaking the snow globe again isn't going to get the Suns a title. You can add pieces to push you over the top but you need to make it near the top of the mountain before you start looking for someone to push you over. A huge foundational swap has only worked for Miami with a motivated Shaq. Its debatable whether the Heatles choose Miami if Wade didn't get that early title in Miami as well.

Trading Booker for Giannis isn't legal but it alao doesn't make sense for Milwaukee, and doesn't really push the Suns over the edge. KD still would be on his last leg and doesn't play off ball. Beal can't stay healthy. The rest of the supporting cast still has issues.

Wholesale changes won't help us and almost never pan out. See every champ over the last 20+ years. The only possible case are the bubble Lakers. Which was the bubble and an entirely different scenario. The KD trade should be a good example to avoid deals like that. Even the Paul trade wouldn't qualify because we had a good team ready to take a step and made the largest step possible by essentially swapping Rubio for Paul, which was average PG play for a HOF talent.

I used to defend Nurkic out of Ayton hate too.

I'm hoping the Suns haven't missed their window, but it looks like it is near shut. Younger and better teams are on their way up.

If the Suns could find a way to emulate the Warriors, that might be their best chance.

The Suns look slow and not very athletic, especially at center.

Booker (-29) rarely looks inspired any more
and he's not inspiring his teammates either
he needs a change of scenery

I'm defending him based on the Suns on the front of jersey and not the name on the back. He's not Ayton and that's fine. We can't have a world beater at C. Nurkic is a run of the mill starter, somewhere between 16th and 20th best starting C in the league. That's the reality of it when you factor in his play on the court, role, and salary. He's not going to win us a title but he won't cost us a title either.

No team is looking to trade for Nurkic right now that has a more impactful Center they'll part with. A pick in almost a decade won't get it done. That won't cover the talent gap.

I think he's closer to the bottom 5, and that was before the season. He has been dreadful this year.

You can’t emulate Steph Curry.
