At this point although I have the NBA pass I cannot bring myself to watch a game live or otherwise.

I don’t even check the outcome of the game the following morning. I’ll look at the stats a few days later and just shake my head.

A sad state I’m in..
Another Durant "looks good on paper" team

I keep wanting the Suns to get off a booming punt, but then I realize I have the wrong sport.

or it just appears so at this point and time.

It’s a long season and I still harbor a tiny bit of hope:)

It's not that the Suns don't have talent, it's that the GM forgot to fill the middle of the doughnut.

It feels like it's more than that though. There is a perceived lack of effort. At least in this fan's eyes. It seems most team out-work us.

The turnovers and lack of defense contribute to this image.

I think most of the players are giving 100% but the Suns inability to take anything away from the opponent on defense gives a perceived lack of effort.

That's why some of us were questioning the coaching last night.

The turnovers are just stupid mistakes. How many times is Durant going to try to thread the needle and to Nurk of all people? You think think the defensive issues are all coaching? I don't see that. I don't see guys scrambling to cover for each other. I just don't see hard work and great effort on the defensive end. I have a hard time blaming coaching. I don't see the players taking responsibility for themselves defensively.

Certainly it's not all coaching on the defensive end, but I don't see a bunch of players that don't care either.

Somewhere the along the line, the defensive strategy is getting lost.

I'd like to see the Suns shore up the center position and go from there. Maybe it's a domino effect.

I see Isaiah Stewart is out for the Pistons.

If the Suns could snag him in a trade, I would be happy.

Pacers are much better than the Pistons. I hope the right team shows up. Would be nice if Beal could put up 30 points. We need contributions from multiple players. Durant alone will not beat the Pistons.

Why would you think the Pacers would be an easy game?

Because a 12-15 (their record coming into our game) team in the East is a bad team and this team should beat bad teams, especially at home.

Also, I don’t see that big of a difference playing a team that’s 12-15 (Pacers game where people thought it would be easy) versus 11-17 (Pistons record now when people are saying the same thing).

Devin Booker will be OUT for the next two games. Reported left groin soreness.

He will be reevaluated early next week.

Finally an easy game. This team needs one, A W to get back on track.
Detroit fans are probably saying the same thing. The Pistons have gone 2-2 in their last 4 with wins against Miami and the Knicks. And we've gone 6-11 over our last 17 games and will be without Devin.
