It's tough dealing with that doctor hierarchy game that gets played, whether because of insurance or some doctors just push for more control or involvement. It's worse since you end up in those webs when you need care the most. I've been there and it sympathize. I hope you get through it all as quick and easy as possible. You have a lot more Suns to watch, even if they cause their own brand of pain.
