Damn
Dalton is totally a capable QB and his history proves that. I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. However the Panthers are a bad team as a whole their record is what it is for a reason.
Damn right. I am about 5 times more scared of Dalton than Young...

Going to the game this weekend...supposed to be 42 degrees for a high.

Not looking forward to the cold...would rather be in Sun Devil Stadium with aluminum benches and 110 degrees.
I'm never going to Carolina to watch a game ever again. I'm 0-2 in two playoff games.

Sitting in baby bear’s porridge (socal) I laugh at all of you!!!!

Claim you “love the seasons” and I’ll snort at you from my poolside chais lounge as you wake up 30 minutes earlier to brave frostbite as you shovel out your car.

Claim that you’re a sun worshipper and I’ll similarly snort at you, also from my poolside chais lounge as you wear oven mitts to grasp your summer steering wheel and apply aloe to your buns that you burnt on your faux leather car seats!

MUAHAHAHAAAAA MUAHAHHHAAAAAA!!!!
You (and those that live near you) pay a steep weather tax.

Is it just me or is the weather not a variable that you QB should know 3 days before a game?

I mean, it's not often a major factor, but it's a factor.
It is a factor. Have you ever tried to throw a football when your hands are so cold? Your grip strength drops significantly. Your entire body doesn't work the way you want it to in the cold.

You can climatize yourself, but it takes a long time. Perhaps Kyler should go to a Costco dairy section and start throwing balls. It's always freezing in there, lol.

If it's rain, wind. Or snow then sure. But temperature ain't really an issue. 35 degrees F is great football weather...a little cold but it shouldn't affect the game really. Might make the ball harder...or maybe sting the hands on a bullet pass...but they usually have warmers on the sidelines and kyler rarely throws high velocity passes...

Damn. I really had to resist saying they have ball warmers on the sidelines.....

But he wouldn't know would he? If he doesn't know it's cold that suggests he also wouldn't know if it was rainy or windy. Because he hasn't checked.

The other problem is though they heat footballs, the balls still feel harder than normal. It bothers some QBs a lot.

What is it with this team and its need to populate the IR list?
Every team does it toward the end of the season. With 3 games left in the season, even players who have short term injuries go on I/R so that they can be replaced on the roster.

If the Cards win a playoff game, they'll be eligible to return.
