Cardinals far from underestimating Aaron Rodgers, 3-6 Jets
The Arizona Cardinals aren't overlooking a New York Jets team led by veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers despite their 3-6 mark.

Yeah, no reason to get down on him yet. He's barely played. He has 39 carries for the entire season. How is any back going to get into a groove with just 4 or 5 carries a game? His last two games have been far better IMO
His release time makes pressuring him tough. He’s also among the best at diagnosing a blitz and throwing to the weakened area. The Cards will be hard pressed to control this passing game. The best bet is to run the ball and play keep away. Murray needs to have a much better game than he did against the bears, though Jets pass defense is sound. I’ll keep pushing that they must roll out Murray when they want to throw. Murray must not throw into double coverage.Love him or hate him, Rodgers is still Rodgers and is capable of doing damage, he's also not as young anymore so ....I don't know lol
That’s basically what he did in college thoYeah, no reason to get down on him yet. He's barely played. He has 39 carries for the entire season. How is any back going to get into a groove with just 4 or 5 carries a game?

Time to prove them wrongJets are now the -2 favorite. I guess everybody got Jets using Cards as stepping stone back to revelancy.
Again.Time to prove them wrong
Don't forget 350 rushing yard and 2 TDs for Kyler. 43 rushing yards and zero TDs for Rodgers.Aaron Rodgers has a passer rating of 88.4 with 2,107 yards, 15 touchdowns and 7 interceptions in 9 games this season.
Additionally 20 sacks on the year.
I would have to believe the Jets fans are worried a wee bit as well.

Oh, I didn’t forget but it’s better to spoon feed this board. My intent was to make people think about the other side of the scales is heavier.Don't forget 350 rushing yard and 2 TDs for Kyler. 43 rushing yards and zero TDs for Rodgers.
13 TDs and 2042 yards for Kyler
15 TDs and 2150 yards for Rodgers
Gottcha!Oh, I didn’t forget but it’s better to spoon feed this board. My intent was to make people think about the other side of the scales is heavier.
Thanks for adding the additional weight to our thinking![]()
3 point swing is most certainly a big move. When I saw that this morning, I looked to make sure nobody was injured. That's not a big move in betting terms. It hasn't crossed a key number until it gets to +/- 3. If it gets there, there will be some large bets that will move the line back instantly
thankfully Jets don't have lots of fans here or travel well so we should have a home field advantage... need to rattle their kicker![]()
Jets again swap kickers ahead of key Cards game
The Jets are again switching kickers, with Spencer Shrader expected to kick vs. Arizona. They also released Riley Patterson and signed Anders Carlson to the practice squad.www.espn.com
Small sample size, but this is downright shocking:
The Cards have also pitched three 2nd half shutouts (DET, SF, CHI).In Defense Of The Defense
We keep asking whether the Arizona "O" has turned the corner? Hold up. How about equal airtime for the AZ "D"? You know, the group that hasn't allowed a touchdown in two of the last three games. In fact, after holding the Bears to a season-low nine points, the Cards defense is allowing the sixth-fewest points per game (17.0) during the current three-game win streak. (Note: the last time a Cardinals opponent was held under 10 points in a game -- Week 7, 2021.) And if every game plan starts with (everybody now) stopping the run, well, the Cards sport a top five rush defense (92.7 ypg) in Weeks 7-9. With that, the defense of the AZ defense rests.

Agree. I'm a bit tepid about our chances. This ain’t the Bears.
This will be a very tough game to win against an experience Qb, wr’s that he is familiar with and Breece Hall. Another game where we are going to need to score 28-30 points to win.
More worried about their other WRAgree. I'm a bit tepid about our chances.
I know the ways and why's we should win...but Rodgers to Adams through the air with Hall on the ground is going to be a tough outing for our defense.
Blocking Quinnen and Reddick isn't going to be any easier for the offense...
Our boys need to stay 100% for 60 minutes
