Off the team.

Kyler failed previous years to make the playoffs/win. Now has failed again.

Hiring Drew Petzing didn't do him any favors, but it is what it is.

Time to move on. Maybe he'll have a resurgence like Baker or Darnold elsewhere, but he's not the one to fix things here.

Its over.

6 seasons, once we hit Nov 1 we fail with K1. He's one of the best September and October QBs. He's terrible after the bye every year.

1 and done is the best we will get from kyler for the next decade or so is my guess.assuming someone loses so we can back into the playoffs.
Lots of QBs take 4 or 5 years to learn how to win in the playoffs...pretty sure we can expect that from kyler once he figures out how to win to get to the playoffs in the first place.
At his current pace kyler is likely going to be 36 or so before he figures out how to win a wildcard game...maybe 40.

Cut bait. Sign Darnold. Draft a QB in 2026.

I just want to know who the two are that voted Superbowl. That's funny right there. I voted for .500. I wouldn't say no playoffs because.500 could get you there with half the league making it

Superbowl. Check out these K1 highlights from 2021.

Same throw velocity as this year. Same throwing motion. Same ball placement.

The difference? Hopkins, Kirk and AJ making plays.

Edit - Something must have been wrong with the clip for all the games in December... :)

Me. Why would I shell out all this money if I didn't think we could win the super bowl every year.

Wait...don't answer that.

Video unavailable is the funniest thing I've seen today.

I get it. We used to shell it out to sit in SDS back in the day. And now we spend just as much traveling to games now. If not for my son and my quest i would probably stop go to away games until K1 is gone. But two more years and we've been to every stadium. Except not ATL has a new one.

The Murray thing is so complex that even after writing a detailed article, more comes to mind. I had a thought and went back reviewing some game film. Early in the season, the Oline held up better. Initially teams thought the could take advantage of Beachum after Williams injury. That strategy failed as Beachum played well. Once they started focusing on the A gap the Cards struggled. Teams, like Seattle, that were strong defensively up the middle, started beating up Murray. Then Johnson got hurt. Murray’s level of panic gradually increased and the season fell apart.
