    I think it's just the high point on the graph. So whatever the resolution of the measuring device is. If it takes a reading every .0001 seconds, then you would need to maintain peak speed for .0001 seconds.

    Compared to 6 games against your 3 division rivals that are know to be better than you. Plus when you suck, you're always playing better teams. It only makes sense that the worst teams have the hardest SOS under the current setup.

    I just think Monti is adverse to spending high dollar on any player at any position. Besides Kyler. It will be interesting to see who will be the first player they finally open the checkbook for - in the $15M plus range.
