    I somewhat agree as Rickea Jackson has the talent to potentially be the best player from this draft in the long run and she was there at 3. That being said we are in a better position at the moment with Copper. Unfortunately we don't own our pick again next year and there is a chance it ends up...

    It's my understanding that most (if not all) of her NIL contracts are converting to pro contracts in the WNBA. She will still be pulling in more than enough money to make the WNBA salary not an issue for her.

    Well that's the salary structure of the league at the moment. Hopefully Clark along with other promising young players can start bringing in big revenue and we can start seeing much bigger contracts than that. :shrug:

    It's not an excuse, it's simply reality. This team would have a better record with better health, but at the same time we knew this was a strong possibility when the team was put together.

    Of course and that was one of the potential pitfalls of putting this roster together, but these guys missing games is still a factor in the record.

    Sure and that is with KD missing 7 games, Booker 14, Beal 29, EG 13, Nurk 4, Eubanks 6 and GA 6. We have easily been one of the more banged up teams in the league while not exactly having a ton of depth and yet have a 58% win percentage. Not crazy to think this team could be pretty darn good...

    They were absolutely on a roll before Beal went out with another injury. Of course we are in the midst of a very tough post all star break schedule so that isn't exactly helping with those numbers.

    On the down side we have dominated the boards and are still trailing. On the plus side they are shooting really well and are only 5 points ahead.

    He had a terrible game followed by a solid 3 games stretch. Then he was out for 5 games and has followed that up with a good 3 game stretch. Prior to that terrible game he simply had a run of solid performances.

    I'm pretty sure JJ is on record with wanting to re-sign him this off season. I also think Allen wants to come back, but is not going to get his hopes up because nothing is guaranteed in the NBA.
