Yeah I can either cash out of it in a few years when the market quits climbing or use it as a rental. My mortgage would be about 1100, I could easily rent it out for over 1100.- iLLmatiC

All those homes yesterday were sold by the time we went to look at them. I looked at a two bedroom condo since my kids are still young so that might work for me for a few years, price point is what I'm comfortable with and I think I have a pretty good chance at getting an offer accepted.- iLLmatiC

Well the thought process also is that interest rates aren't going to continue to be sitting at 3% which will slow the market down a little bit. Do I want to wait it out where the interest rates go back to 4-5% and in the meantime pay $1700 for an apartment? Grim times.- iLLmatiC
