Cards sign former Lions’ LB Devon Kennard

    Isolation: Quick Overview

I agree. I think this team will have to "make do" with the OLBer position. ILBer, and S are lower cost players in general. That leaves the RT position. I think Hurst would be too expensive, Brandon Shell is an option, but is he THAT much better than Murray? Questions abound.

    Isolation: Quick Overview

Where are the weak points ? OLBer ? RT ? ILBer? S? Those are four big holes, but to be fair there were some HUGE holes filled by these few moves. Allen and Alford coming back will help. If you are talking 8 to 9 wins next year, that is a quite a leap, IMHO.

    Isolation: Quick Overview

I stick with my opinion that Peters and Phillips will be on the field at the same time. As for covering the tight ends.....that IS tough. De'Vonte Campbell could be a good pick up. Should not break the bank either. Nick Vigil is another player, but not sure how much he would help in that area.

Right tackle. Right guard is arguably the easiest position to fill in on the offensive line. In regards to right tackle, I think the Cardinals will sign someone in free agency. James Hurst or Brandon Shell would be an upgrade.

    Isolation: Quick Overview

What a couple of days for this organization. You just do not get DeAndre Hopkins for David Johnson and a 2nd Round pick.....but that did happen. I just hope everything is in ink, and there is "no backsy's". Hopkins is an elite player, top 20 player, top 10 non-QB player. If you disagree...

DJ traded to the Texans for DeAndre Freaking Hopkins

I completely agreed. I just do not believe it. Hopkins is EASILY one of, if not my favorite, non-Cardinal to watch. Many are saying he is a top-3 WR, and I want to know the other two. He will open EVERYTHING up for a lot of other places. Fitzgerald is going to have a field day with...

Jordan Phillips signed for 3 years

A very good signing for a player I feel will fit into the Cardinals defense very well. How in the heck is this organization so bad at drafting yet so good at free agency and trades. The few moves the Cardinals have made this offseason have been very very good. Yet, I still REFUSE to...

Cardinals Trade for RB Kenyan Drake

Drake would be a nice signing. But, if he is not going to sign a contract that is in the best interest of the team, then adios! He owes the Cardinals nothing, and the Cardinals do not owe him anything. The young man can go get his money. Running backs are a dime a dozen these days. No...

    Gronkowski signing with the WWE

Best damn TE I have ever seen, and now joins a very long list of ex-football players who go into professional wrestling. Not sure what the issue is here. Sent from my mystical communication warp drive device thingy

    15 thoughts - free agency

The Keim situation is simple. He has a job to do, does not get it done, and makes the same mistakes over and over again. This organization had one if the best defenses I have seen in a long time.....he killed it, pissed in it, and set it a flame. Fielded the worst Cardinal team I had ever...

    Rounds 1 & 2

Ideally you want to draft an offensive lineman, the argument against comes from the failure of this team's scouting department to draft them. In thia draft, all I want is for the Cardinals to not get too cute. There is going to be a difference maker at #8. Make the boring pick, and go home...

    David Johnson left for dead

The eye in the sky don't lie. Watch the tape from last year.....THAT is embarrassing. It is what it is, he has lost his passion for the game, and is running to not get hurt and get paid. I cannot blame the man for making his money snd doing what he wants after, but as a fan I can call him an...

Futures: Isaiah Simmons (LB, Clemson) – Football Outsiders

230lbs That is more than enough in the NFL. We went over this with D-Waste and as long as the young man has the athletic ability he will be fine.

Would you trade for Stefon Diggs?

+1 26 years old, and is MADE for this type of offense. He is the type of player that takes one of these quick throws and breaks it for a touchdown. And if it "doesn't work under the cap" you make moves to make it work. The guy is a stud.

    Simmons, Herbert or Brown

I am on the Simmons bandwagon. AND, I think he will be there. Players ALWAYS drop in the draft that are not QB's, CB's, LT's, or WR's. Its a passing league, Simmons is a player that the Cardinals need more than the rest, IMHO.

    DJ Humphries Re-Signed

Good signing, IMHO. The numbers line up to what one would expect. The obvious fear is injury and regression instead of progression. Easily one of my favorite personalities on the team so I am happy to see him back. Now I just hope he stays healthy and progresses. We will see.
