    It's probably happening and we're not seeing it, but really JO should just be practicing spot up catch and shoot 3s. Sprint to the corner, get his footwork right on the catch and let it fly. I can't imagine many scenarios where the Suns wished he took more dribble pull up 3s.

    Given how the league has progressed over the last half season with letting more physicality go on the defensive end, having someone like Ryan (and Okogie) who will be in people's faces a lot will be great.

    He's making mistakes, he's led the team in TOs in both games (well, tied with Grayson vs the Lakers with 3), but he plays hard and does try to atone for them. The transition block vs LA was from a miscue between him and Grayson and Oso, and Okogie, hustled back to prevent the fast break layup...

    I guess my real take is that we're already seeing the upper bound on what Bol can be (7th or 8th man on a good team) whereas Oso has the opportunity to be a starter in the future.

    To be honest I think my take was as much an indictment on Bol as it is praise for Oso. Tough to find a position for Bol. He's still too lean to be a 5, and too slow and lanky to be a 4. His shot release is so slow that despite his height, he can't really let it fly without a decent amount of space.

    Didn't watch it live but managed to catch up on the game this morning. Some thoughts: - Really liked the wrinkle with KD running inverted pick and rolls with the guards. Having Beal/Booker/Grayson operate in the short roll will be much more impactful than say Nurkic or Plumlee in that same space...

    Industry (Max)

    Can't stress this enough. The show moves fast and does not spend any energy making sure the viewers are on board, but ultimately it doesn't matter. What matters is how the characters themselves process and react to all that's happening. It's riveting.

    Great basketball player, even better human being. His iconic shot clutching the basketball as the first #8 seed to upset a #1 seed will live on forever. Rest in Peace, big man.
