    Just looking at the stats Brogdon has improved each season, PPG, FG%, FT%, and Rebounds. I agree Brogdon, Zion and Oubre' would be a good haul for the summer. Holliday is going to cost us our pick.

    Ummmm..I didn't know we had to be fair....haha None of us are in a position to know enough to grade him on this trade. Without knowing Jones' position or feelings on Oubre' before the trade makes it difficult to judge. Had Obre been the initial target there would be no question... Anyway...

    The Oubre trade is one of only a few moves, in fact the most significant move we can use to evaluate our rookie, interim, co-GM who was just blasted in the media. Even though we ended up with a great player, the trade itself was a debacle and had the feeling that there was more luck than skill...

    Oubre could be the only player on the planet that actually wants to be here. Plus, his damage control yesterday after the suns were ripped in the national media helped change the narrative a bit. I'm sure that earned him a couple xtra mil.

    If Oubre continues to play like he has 80m is very likely. I think most everyone would agree a vet PG is the way to go. If you can't land one and don't have the #1, Morant it is.

    I haven't seen him play but in the highlight videos he looks like he is playing against high school opponents.

    Do you really want your GM to be chummy with the players? Seems like being their "buddies" could potentially conflict with the job. I think you need a GM that commands respect and treats players fair. Who cares how friendly your GM is if he builds a winning team. Players will respect whoever...

    Is it normal to be an assistant coach that long (17 years) without being promoted to head coach? I really don't know, but it seems to me, the type of person that would make an excellent head coach (aggressive leader that has to win and be the best) would grow tired of being an assistant well...

    It was a monster game for Ayton. He lead the team in pts 26, stls 2, rbs 10, FTA 14 and he shot .727 from the field. Oh yea, not a single suns player had more than 4 assists.

    Well said......My view is that we have enough talent to be better than we have been this season. I certainly don't blame Igor for all of the problems. When you are on pace to win 15-17 games there lots of problems as you point out. Seven more wins would be a 58% increase. We would be on pace...

    Need to put something else out there to talk about other than WOJ piece. Did they just start the search? If so, is there a good reason to wait 4-5 months to start looking?
